About Coco Rogers
Courtenay Rogers, known to most as Coco, began her career as a Naval Officer with a single instruction as her compass: Take care of your people.
She was exceptional at it. And for years, she had no idea it was costing her everything.
From the deck of a Navy warship to the nonprofit sector, local politics, and hyper-growth tech cycles, Coco has led through complexity at every level — always showing up fully for the people depending on her, rarely extending that same care to herself.
The turning point came when she stopped performing and started healing. Returning to her original signal required building an entirely new relationship with herself. She went plant-based, became alcohol free, and built a daily practice rooted in meditation, journaling, and time in nature. These were not lifestyle choices. They were the infrastructure of her recovery. The foundation that made everything else possible.
That personal toolkit became the blueprint for the CARE Human Operating System™. Not a framework she studied but a path she walked.
Today, Coco is the founder of CoRo Consulting, a keynote speaker, and a leadership consultant who helps founders, leaders, and their teams close the Capacity Gap, the 40% of human potential lost to performing leadership instead of practicing it. She brings the CARE Human Operating System™ into keynote stages, leadership offsites, consulting engagements, and one-on-one coaching relationships. Not as an expert standing outside the problem. As someone who closed the gap herself.
That is why the CARE Human Operating System™ is not a theory. It is a blueprint. Her blueprint.
Coco is married to her soulmate and is the mother of a high school daughter who keeps her grounded and inspired. She is part of a blended family that continues to teach her presence, patience, and grace in every season. Though a devoted cat person at heart, she now shares her home with a beloved rescue dog and finds deep joy in living close to her family. One of her favorite traditions is Sunday Damn Dinners, a reminder from her grandmother, Pug, that family shows up and loves hard, no matter what.
