Courtenay Rogers, known to most as Coco, began her career as a Naval Officer, sworn in by her father, a decorated Navy Captain who served with honor for more than three decades. Before she took her oath, he offered one piece of guidance that became her lifelong compass: Take care of your people.

That simple truth has shaped every chapter of Coco’s leadership journey. From military service to civic innovation, entrepreneurship, and culture-centered operations, she has led teams through complexity, change, and growth with clarity, steadiness, and a deep respect for the humans doing the work. Her commitment has always been the same: build cultures where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to lead well.

Today, Coco is the founder of CoRo Consulting and a leadership futurist who helps organizations move beyond performative culture and into real alignment. She brings strategic clarity, grounded empathy, and a gift for creating honest conversations that shift behavior and strengthen trust. Through keynote speaking, workshops, and executive support, she guides leaders in applying her CARE Framework, a human operating system rooted in Clarity, Authenticity, Recognition, and Empathy. Her work helps founders, executives, and teams replace dysfunction with direction and lead with more courage, integrity, and connection.

Coco is married to her soulmate and is the mother of a high school daughter who keeps her grounded and inspired. She is part of a blended family that continues to teach her presence, patience, and grace in every season. Though a devoted cat person at heart, she now shares her home with a beloved rescue dog and finds deep joy in living close to her family. One of her favorite traditions is Sunday Damn Dinners, a reminder from her grandmother, Pug, that family shows up and loves hard, no matter what.
