About Courtenay Rogers

Courtenay Rogers, known to friends and family as Coco, began her career as a Naval Officer, sworn in by her father, a decorated Navy leader who served with honor for over 30 years. Before she took her oath, he offered one piece of advice that became her lifelong compass: Take care of your people.

That guiding principle has shaped Coco’s leadership journey across the military, civic innovation, entrepreneurship, and culture-focused operations. With a steady presence and a bias toward action, she has led teams through complexity, transformation, and growth. She always focuses on building cultures where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Today, Coco is the founder of CoRo Consulting, where she helps leaders revitalize their culture and reignite their teams. She brings strategic clarity, grounded empathy, and a gift for facilitating honest conversations that shift behavior and build trust. Through workshops, executive coaching, and keynote speaking, Coco guides organizations in applying her proprietary CARE framework (Clarity, Authenticity, Recognition, Empowerment) to create cultures that are not only high-performing but deeply human. She partners with founders, executives, and teams to replace dysfunction with alignment and help people lead with greater courage, integrity, and connection.

Coco is married to her soulmate and is the mother of a high school daughter who keeps her grounded and inspired. She’s also a part of a beautifully blended family that includes young adult stepchildren, and she's continually learning what it means to show up with presence, patience, and grace in all seasons of life. A cat person at heart, she shares her home with a beloved rescue dog and finds deep joy in living close to her family. One of her favorite family traditions is Sunday Damn Dinners—a name coined by her late grandmother, Pug, who reminded everyone that family shows up, no matter what.
